Free Flow Dance - May 12th 2023

We had our first free flow dance event and it was lovely. So beautiful to be in a space where we are enjoying music, dance and happy souls all in a alcohol free environment.

We started with a little cacao to open the heart and connect us all together , then some drumming and shaking, then some slow flow music gradually upping the pace to really dance and let loose

and the finally we ended with a crystal bowl sound bath. A big thankyou to everybody who came and shared their smiles, energy and moves :) See you next time
