Park your car on the other side of the river, cross over the bridge, turn right and drive into the neighboring land. Park your car next to the old house
Bring a blanket to cover yourself.
Arrive in silence, find the mat with your name and quietly lie down and make yourself comfortable.Â
SOUND & SILENCE = 60 minutes
The sound will last for about 40 minutes, then there will be a period of silence for 15 minutes. Then you will hear the final gong.
After the final gong please slowly come to a sitting position. Â When everyone is sitting put your hands together in front of the heart and together we will OM 3 times to close the sessionÂ
